Ok hesitant to try chocolate with common coating ingredients to Chinese food seemed a little odd. However, amazingly this bonbon was a smooth silky delight. The presentation of the overall bonbon, the honey tone being subtly pleasant and the notes emanating from the toasted sesame gave three senses an experience to enjoy over and over again.

I couldn't *quite* imagine the combination, which I'm sure is a common Asian pairing. But oh my delight upon tasting it. It is sweet without being cloying, with a depth of flavor - smokey almost. So complex, and perfect wrapped in some of the most perfect dark chocolate I've ever sampled. Paul John Kearins is an absolute chocolate genius!
